Family and friends from Lee's Turkey Farm (with help from the
Historical Society) commemorated the milk dairies that used to
operate in the Hightstown area. These included Conover and
Swinger Dairies.

Are you curious about the canal system that rivaled the
railroads for a short time? There is an 1830's canal house
near Mercer Mall.
